AcmePalm / PalmLog
Privacy policy
Effective September 24, 2026
Your PalmLog trackers and logs are stored on your device. PalmLog does not send that data to an AcmePalm server and does not include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.
Information stored by the app
PalmLog stores tracker names, labels, log timestamps, session start and end times, and reminder settings locally to provide its features. It does not require an account. AcmePalm does not receive this information automatically.
Notifications, Siri, and Apple services
If you permit notifications, PalmLog schedules local reminders on your device. You can disable notifications in iOS Settings and turn reminders off in the app.
When you use Siri or Shortcuts, Apple processes your request according to your device settings and Apple’s privacy practices. PalmLog provides tracker information to Apple’s system features so you can select and act on a tracker. This does not give AcmePalm access to your voice recordings.
Apple handles App Store purchases; AcmePalm does not receive your payment-card details. Apple may provide developers with store reports and diagnostics according to its settings and policies. Device backups may contain PalmLog data depending on your backup settings. See Apple’s privacy policy.
When you contact support
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond, troubleshoot problems, and improve support. Our support mailbox is hosted by Google’s Gmail service, which processes email under Google’s privacy policy. Please avoid sending sensitive log contents unless necessary for your request.
This support website
These pages do not include advertising, analytics scripts, contact forms, or app-log uploads. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP address and browser information, to deliver and secure the website. Following an external link or sending an email is subject to the destination service’s privacy practices.
Sharing and use
We do not sell your personal information or use your logs for advertising. Support correspondence is processed through our email provider to handle your request. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and security.
Retention and deletion
Local app data remains until you delete entries, delete a tracker, or delete the app. Offloading the app does not delete its documents and data. Backups are managed separately through Apple’s settings; AcmePalm cannot access or delete them for you.
We retain support correspondence only as long as needed to address your request, maintain necessary support records, or meet legal obligations. Email us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent to support; we will respond subject to applicable law and necessary retention requirements.
Your choices
You can use PalmLog without notifications or Siri. Manage those permissions in iOS Settings. You can edit or delete your local logs within the app and choose what to share when contacting support.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page and its effective date when our privacy practices change. Material changes will be communicated where required.
