with your daily logs.

Common questions

How do I add a missing log?

Open a tracker and tap Add earlier entry below Log +1 (or the timer button). Choose the date and time, then save. For timers, enter both the start and end times.

How do I find or correct an old entry?

Open a tracker and choose Browse history. Filter by date, change the sort order, or choose Show first recorded day. Tap an entry to correct its date or time. History displays up to 50 entries per page.

Why did my reminder not appear?

Reminders count time without new activity. Open the tracker’s reminder settings, choose an interval, and enable notifications. Also check iOS Settings → Notifications → PalmLog and your Focus settings. Logging activity restarts the countdown. Timer reminders pause while a timer runs.

How do I use Siri?

Open PalmLog after installing it. Try “Create a counter in PalmLog” or “Log a count in PalmLog.” Siri may ask for the tracker name. You can also find PalmLog actions in Apple’s Shortcuts app. If a spoken request is misunderstood, try the action in Shortcuts.

How do I organize my trackers?

Use Manage Labels in the tracker’s Labels section. Each tracker can have up to three labels. Use the label filters on the home screen to find related trackers.

Where are my logs stored?

PalmLog stores your trackers and logs on your device. It has no app account or built-in cloud sync. Device backups may include app data depending on your Apple settings. AcmePalm cannot retrieve your logs from a server.

How do I delete my data?

Delete individual entries in History, or use Delete Tracker from the tracker’s menu to remove a tracker and its history. Deleting the app removes its local data; offloading the app preserves it. Manage any device backups separately in Apple’s settings.

How do I request a refund?

App Store purchases and refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit Apple’s Report a Problem page.
